It’s Time to Talk! Building Connection Through Grace Filled Conversation.
Moms’ Council is exploring how we communicate for better relationships. Last fall, we learned about how to “Talk It Out” focusing on communicating with one another – children, spouse, parents, family, friends, strangers. This spring we will “Talk it Up” as we learn more about communicating with God through prayer, and conversations Jesus had. Sign yourself up now and any children needing our (free!) Children’s Program. You may join any time and all moms are welcome.
Moms’ Council is a community of inter-generational moms who desire to know Jesus Christ as we celebrate, encourage, and equip each other in motherhood, family and life.
Moms’ Council meets on Thursday mornings in the Fellowship Hall at 9:15 for goodies and coffee. Our program runs from 9:30-11:30, starting with our speaker and prayer in large group community, followed by more intimate small group time where we discuss how we can apply what we have learned and encourage one another through prayer and God’s word. Invite a friend along to try us out!
“Never let ugly or hateful words come from your mouth, but instead let your words become beautiful gifts that encourage others; do this by speaking words of grace to help them.” Ephesians 4:29
